By accessing OrbiWorlds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Content Moderation: We review reported content and may remove anything that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions.

4. Virtual Items & Platform Currency

Purchases & Transactions

All purchases of virtual currency and items are final
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
We do not offer refunds except in cases of technical error or unauthorized charges
Trading and selling items is at your own risk

Account Actions & Rollbacks

Unlike some platforms, we take a measured approach to account actions:

Minor violations may result in warnings or temporary restrictions
We rarely perform account rollbacks and only in cases of serious exploits or fraud

You can create and publish games freely on our platform
All games must follow our content guidelines
We may feature quality games in our catalog
Creators can earn from their games through our program (details in Creator Terms)

Playing Games

Report inappropriate games or behavior immediately
Don't exploit bugs - report them to us instead
Respect other players and game creators

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

Loss of account access due to forgotten credentials
Actions taken by other users
Technical issues or service interruptions

Disputes between users
